Automated Bill Payment



We are pleased to o er automated direct debit payment for your Cullasaja Club/HOA dues, fees and monthly charges. When you choose Direct Debit as your payment method, amounts due to Cullasaja Club/HOA will be debited directly from your checking account during the last week of each month. The funds debited from your checking account will be automatically credited to your account at Cullasaja Club/Cullasaja HOA. You will continue to receive monthly statements from the Club and HOA and you will see the debit amount and date reflected on your bank statement each month.

 Your payments are secure, so you don’t have to worry about lost or stolen checks.

 Payment information is strictly confidential.

 There is no cost for you to participate in the program.

 You can be assured your payments will always be posted to your account on time.

 In order to take advantage of the many benefits of Direct Debit payment service, and for us to begin automatic debits to your personal checking account, you will need obtain a form from the Club O ice. Once we receive the completed authorization form we will transmit your debit information to the Club’s bank for processing. The information will then be transmitted to your bank or savings institution for withdrawal from your account. Because virtually all financial institutions participate in the Direct Debit program, there should be no need to alter your current banking arrangement.
