Pamela is the founder of Smoky Mountain Chi. She is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, Tai Chi for Health Practitioner with Taijifit International and a student of NIA. Pamela brings over thirty years experience in Health and Wellness field to her practice, along with a passion for movement that is fun, safe yet effective for everyone.

Join us for the fun, gentle, effective movements of Tai Chi Flow. All experience levels welcome! No prior experience necessary. Enjoy 45 minutes of easy, follow along flow followed by a 15 minute discussion afterwards about Tai Chi. Tai Chi Flow will be followed by a brief overview of Tai Chi’s rich history and present day mind-body benefits. Questions are welcome during this time together!
