Pedal your way to fitness in our dynamic cycling class. Burn calories, boost your cardiovascular endurance, and strengthen your lower body as you ride to energizing music. We will climb hills together and sprint through the challenges of the day. This low-impact, high-intensity class is suitable for all fitness levels. (Class will be 40 minutes if located inside.)
