A gentle yet engaging yoga class that is designed for all levels of students to gain deeper insights into the function of the mind-body connection. Here we go through a series of gentle movement practices followed by a set of deeper asanas that are designed to help relieve stress by helping open and strengthen the connective tissue and fascia.
