This class is designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. We will incorporate foam rollers to release tension, lengthen fascia and to detox your muscles. We will incorporate other stretching tools occasionally. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and can be particularly beneficial for those recovering from an injury or looking to reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing. TUESDAYS & SATURDAYS at 11 A.M.
