2025 Cullasaja HOA Survey Results and Summary

HOA Communications HOA communications (Email, Newsletter, Website and Annual Meeting Presentation) all rated between 4.56 and 4.76 on a 1 to 5 scale, showing the HOA Members are highly appreciative and satisfied with both the level of communication and the content. Community Appearance The metrics associated with the Community Appearance were also outstanding with the average of all ratings between “More than Satisfied” and “Very Satisfied” with the range being between 4.48 and 4.80 on a 1 to 5 scale; which shows HOA Members are more than satisfied with all common areas. The ratings show that 91% of the respondents are “More than Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied” with the measured metrics while only 0.8% are “Less than Satisfied” and 0.1% is “Very Unsatisfied”. The average of all ratings in this metric matched last year’s survey.
