I will put this on the HOA survey also, but it took about 3-4 weeks after we put in a request for our bushes to be cut back enough for us to safely pull out of our driveway before it was done. There was a real danger for an accident multiple times daily. No sense of urgency or awareness of the danger. All of the managers and staff are extremely polite and helpful when contacted. We certainly appreciate their consistently excellent work.

There are many wonderful staff who put their heart into all they do and they are greatly appreciated. Hopefully at some point in the near future the club will remain open year round and there will be more consistency and stability for everyone.

Jadon, Robbie, Jessica, Zoe, and David are exceptional people who make Cullasaja an outstanding experience! The survey should separate the food from the beverages. The weakest link is the food. I definitely feel like I'm part of a family when I walk into our fabulous club. I count my blessings every day to have such beauty and kindness in my neighborhood. It is always a treat to be there when we have time to be there. Look forward being able to spend more time there and provide better feedback. Consider closing golf course during Duck Race for liability issues. I was actually playing this year and people were running all over the place without paying attention to golfers. Very lucky no one got hit with a ball I absolutely love my time in Cullasaja. It is a very special place and it’s hard to pin point where the magic originates, but it’s there! Thank you to all of the staff working to give members the most enjoyable experience ever!!! Would appreciate a recommended procedure for addressing errors in dining room billings as there is no way to catch mistakes in charges at the time they are made. Overall Love the club- we looked at them all on the plateau. The friendliness of staff outstanding. Just keep tweaking staying excellent. Thank you to all of the Cullasaja Club staff and their leader, Chris Connor. It is a joy and pleasure to live in the Cullasaja Club. HOA fees are unbalanced - Hoa fee on a vacant lot is too much- HOA fee on a 3 million dollar house is the same as a home under 1 million This is unfair Also, Full time residents Pay the same HOA as 6month or less residents All around a great experience as new members. We really love the club! To the great staff -- keep doing what you are doing! Bar staff and servers are so friendly. The employees seem to always be happy and like working there. If we didn't have so many kids/grandkids in TX we would be here full time ... Love this place!

Any concerns that I have are readily addressed by the staff, but probably speak with Zoe most often related to reservations and other member issues. The fact that everyone seems to care about the membership speaks volumes to Chris and the management team!
