In the previous years, ALL the staff from the valets, servers, and golf attendants, knew your name. This made a very special atmosphere. This year very few of the staff knew our names. After belonging to other clubs, Chris Conner is the best manager and does it with a smile. Tim L. Is so knowledgeable, Zoe so nice and helpful, Rocky is a legend and staff recruiting has brought in a great group

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of proper oversight of our “ new” fitness center. Should have realized that a residential structure would have been built under different requirements than a commercial one and factored that into our budget, etc.! This is costing entirely too much for what we will be getting, the location leaves a lot to be desired and the current plans for renovating the old fitness center seem to be pouring a lot more money into creating a lot of space that will be used relatively infrequently ( cards, meetings, indoor golf training, etc.) Do we really need an indoor golf facility? Who will use it! The folks who are here in the winter? They are a very small group so is the cost justified? The rest of us are here because of the weather, so we want to be outside as much as possible. So are we going to use that space in the best possible way? It doesn’t appear so to me.

I have never had a complaint about Cullasaja until this year. The food has really declined . Other than the food , it's a wonderful club.

Everyone is great! I love Onifer's fitness classes, which I need to go to as I spend some time at the bar occasionally in the evenings. :) Love all the bartenders and wait staff. Zoe always gets back to me immediately if I have a problem with the website or making reservations. Even the valet remembers our names and which car is ours. You could make it easier to order out, tho. That is a pain unless you know to call the bar. That problem is my only complaint with the club. All good. The only thing that I think needs attention is the food menu. When you eat there as many times as we do during the year it gets to “ well, what have we had the most “. I am new here, so I have no perspective. It feels sometimes like it is stifling. At dinner, there are no less than 4 people that come by asking if your meal is okay... the waiter or waitress, Jaden, Robie, and sometimes Chris.... It is somewhat intrusive. I would think that an overview of the room... visual... would be a good indication of everyone's satisfaction... if there seems
