The food was incredibly marginal. The dinners especially. Lunch - sandwiches and salads were fine, but the amount of food on the plate is huge. Portions could be reduced, but critically, SOMETHING has to be done about the food at dinner. If you are paying the chef on a year round salary... one would think there would be a bit more imaginative thinking going into the menu. The best, and only, consistant thing on the menu is the hamburger. Improve food consistency and variety. Improve bread service with dinner. Offer breakfast a few days per week, not just biscuits and donuts. Consider happy hour specials/appetizers. Also consider other member dining specials Sometimes, the food is marvelous. Sometimes it is not good. We have ordered fish dishes that were not cooked and had to be sent back. The Bang Bang shrimp came out ice cold one night. When it is good, it is very good. But one never knows. Makes it a bit nerve wracking to take guests to the Club. I am generally satisfied with everything, however, there have been instances of inconsistency. If a burger is ordered med/rare it could come out raw or well done. Same with a pork chop for example. Soup is often luke warm. I think the prices should be less than what we pay in town. It is a club! More choices for Twilight preorder, not always healthy options, I usually end up ordering crab cake or salmon. Less buffets. Even though there are always healthier options, lets be honest, the unhealthy is right there and very tempting!!! The buffets are always excellent! I can always find items that I enjoy. Some of the food items on the menu need improvement—mostly the entree salads. The entree salads have way too much lettuce and not enough “content” otherwise such as: protein, other vegetables, etc. Food quality and menu offerings are poor. Seafood is ALWAYS overcooked, and menu selections are not at all creative. A lot of the same mediocre stuff over and over. Have had a few mishaps with food this year. Beet hummus wrap with hardly any beet humus, cold soup. I think Chef Scott is great but perhaps some of his help has been lacking. Noticeably lower quality this season. Lost its pizzaz, very expensive…. Chefs table food is fantastic…but no crossover into daily eating experience. I find this a tough one to answer. The wine dinners have been spectacular but it seems the everyday service and quality of food has been very uneven. The lunch menu has been the same for many weeks (although some change recently) and not very interesting. I don't generally like buffets but the hamburger buffet which was done a couple of times for Twilight was great. Tuesday lunch service after WGA golf has been very uneven both in quality and service. We have an exceptional Bar staff - this team goes above and beyond to cover all the requests with a smile. They are personable, caring and to a person the very best example of great customer service. Need to upgrade the lettuce/greens in some of the salads. The staff is the best! Food offerings could be expanded to offer more mid range choices. We struggle with large event service and quality. Often times not hot.

Food quality is mediocre at best. Selection of menu is not very imaginative.

I like the menu offerings, but at times some of the dishes were either under or over cooked.

Food has not been excellent…special events & dining weekly are NOT the same…weekly offerings are dull…repetitive…special events seem to come from a different kitchen….Constant delicious food should come from a kitchen with the staff/equipment this club provides! Attention to detail would help!
