items as well as the food preparation and food presented on dinner plates, is not acceptable at all. The menu's need to be changed up more, with more menu options. Why not take a poll of the club members about menu options and the result that ends of on a customers plate and being served. I have talked to many that are not happy with the food that come out of the kitchen. I am sorry to report this. Smaller dinner portions. More farm to table, healthy, gluten free. More food like Canyon Kitchen or Library. Healthy spa like menu. Pizza night, So many buffets! The food is better on the buffet days...but many people just don't like that experience. Would prefer more variety and be careful of pricing of certain dishes so not to discourage members from coming to the club regularly and instead find other alternatives.

Menu options are not consistent with a top level club. There is always crab cakes, salmon on the menu. Recently veal picada and beef oscar has been added as a plus. Filet is most of the time overcooked, well done instead of medium rare as asked for. The wine dinners are nicely prepared and well presented. Why can't a filet be something more than plopped on top of mashed potatoes and garnished with a couple asparagus spears. Soups are often so thick you can not swallow them without sticking to the roof of your mouth.

Overall the F&B staff is very good, especially the Dining & Bar Staff. They all make you feel extremely comfortable. Food definitely well above average although need different salad choices (greek or wedge instead of the same two offered the entire season) along with more frequent menu changes! Food was amazing every time we dined this season. Kudos to the chef and his team. Really enjoyed the seafood buffet and also the Burgundy wine dinner Excellent upgrades to variety this year. As mentioned before, other clubs have a longer season for dining and I would like our club to offer the same. The food this year has been nothing to rave about. I can’t tell you the number of times we think about going to the club and say oh we’re gonna have the same old menu with few changes. There is a lack of consistency. One night I had the trout and it was inedible. I sent it back. I tried a few more times and each time it wasn’t great. There was not even sauce with it and if there was there was so little, you couldn’t even find it.It’s on the menu every time I go in there. What’s wrong with having a fillet, lamb chops or Veal scallopini. We went to brunch the other day and I really think the new menu is great for people that just wanna get a nice breakfast. The omelette I had was one of the best I’ve had but the presentation was lacking. They first came out with a salad plate with the omelette on it and bacon, kind of tossed on top of it. I sent it back and asked them for a regular plate. They brought it back on a regular plate and it seems to me there should be some time with some sort of garnish on it so that it looked better than just a diner plate. I think some of those details are missing. Another idea what about a pasta. It’s pretty sad that when we go into dinner after twilight most of the people have hamburgers and salads. Some of the buffets are very good but on the whole, I do not want a lot of buffets. I like to eat off the menu. I know the chef is doing his best, but it’s just not coming out great. He’s very personable and very nice. I would like to see more variety in the menus. I don't eat red meat, so the selection of chicken and seafood dishes is important to me. Food quality is excellent. Best burger anywhere. Staff is amazing. We are always proud to show of the club to our friends. I'm very sorry to say that I think the food has not been very good this year. It is frequently cold, over or undercooked and just not up to what it has been in the past years. The DINING ROOM STAFF IS OUTSTANDING.
