Dinners have been outstanding and our guests are highly complimentary of our chef and his menus. Thought the pool cafe was also much better. Lengthy time of service for food despite sometimes being only one of a few in the Restuarant, Food , coming out cold or incorrect James is FABULOUS!!!! Heindrich is Great Rocky is GREAT Jadyn is FABULOUS I was disappointed this year with the lack of variety on the dining menu. We would eat at the club more often if there were more options, especially healthier options. having squeeze bottles of Hershey syrup at the yogurt bar looks tacky. Why can't we have fudge hot fudge and caramel in warming vessels. I can understand the squeeze bottles for Fourth of July or other events where there's lots of children, but not for the more Adult events I and dining The last meal I had, ordered a baked potato. It was hard to cut up with a knife!!! Not acceptable to me !!

I like the new Sunday brunch. I'm sorry avocado toast was taken off the menu.

Enjoy having to option of good quick dinner like burgers or pizza but also having a nice meal too. really enjoyed the chef's features this season. Overall very pleased with the dining experience. Dining has been wonderful this year. Kate, Jessica, Erin, Vusie, and all the others are the best we have ever had. Bartenders also! The food has been not up to par this season. The fish is dry, not fresh. The seafood in general is not fresh. Everything taste pre-cooked. The only thing we enjoy is the Pastry Chef. She is amazing. Really good this year..pool cafe was much better and we thought dinners improved over last season

Selection and quality of food has gone downhill the last couple of years!

Food has been very inconsistent, often not good, under cooked or overcooked. Chef changed trout supplier that improved the product but preparation was inconsistent. Burgundy wine dinner was very good but menus generally showed little variety.

It would be nice to see more variety. For instance, Thai, Vietnamese, Nepalese, Korean, Middle Eastern and North African menus. More variety in and frequency of themed dinners. Sunday brunch themes on seasonal foods such as peach pancakes, blueberry blintzes and apple dumplings etc. Lunches with guests speakers on current topics such as climate change, instruction on using Iphone and Ipads, electronic financial information, presentation on all plateau charities. Education and availability of non- alcoholic drinks, sustainably sourced seafood, and plant-forward dishes.

Food and beverage should be evaluated separately. Beverage people are great as are the beverages. Overall food is poor, not wonderful like it used to be. The food has been very inconsistent. The menu needs to have better choices and food needs to be higher quality. Vegetables need to be raw or cooked. Food and beverage should be subsidized by members fees just as other departments are Food is not to be based for
