Increased movement in the joints will help to better lubricate the joint and as a result, you will have less pain from arthritis. Weight training also affects balance. Many people, of all ages, have issues with balance. Resistance training increases the strength in targeted muscle groups that will improve balance. Stronger muscles and bones will make it less likely for you to have problems with your balance.

As we age, exercise becomes a more important factor in living a high quality of life. I’m sure everyone is aware that as we grow older, our bones become more fragile. If started from an early age, calcium intake through diet or dietary supplement helps to build strong bones. But, did you know exercise also helps to build a stronger bone structure?
