The exterior lighting guidelines are too restrictive. The requirement to get approval to repaint your home the exact same color it already is is too restrictive.

There should be some HOA regulation on dirty mildewy roofs in the neighborhood. They look awful and really detract from the esthetics of the neighborhood. There are quite a few too. Pressure washing services would be warranted.

Outside services should insist that all quotes include time and materials and not just a bundled number. It is not fair or proper to submit quotes without that level of detail.

Phil and his painting crew do a great job at painting. Their "estimate" process does not really exist with small jobs.... But his crew are professionals
