We’ve used all this team. They are terrific, wonderful to work with. We are fortunate to have them all!! Will is an exceptional manager - his teams are very responsive and reliable. While we have always felt that Chris has done an exceptional job of managing the club and the HOA, his preparedness and response to the recovery from the recent hurricane, exhibited exceptional leadership qualities befitting a CEO of a Fortune 500 company. We are very lucky to have him at the helm.

Cannot live in CC without Will Walz..pleasant and can do attitude is unique …all are very good and helpful Steve Mersereau is the champion of home renovators and we can’t say enough good things about him. He is on top of almost every minor detail of our renovation project and makes excellent suggestions to improve the esthetics. He has great ideas and is very consistent in delivering information, sending picture updates, returning calls and emails. He remembers all these little details which I’m amazed at. And he’s a genuinely nice and helpful person. He’s a pleasure to work with.

I have lived in other places with HOAs... NOTHING compares to the services offered here. The personal attention is staggering. I don't know how it is done, but it is greatly appreciated.
