At times we work with Landscaping and come up with a plan that sometimes gets taken care of immediately and at other times nothing happens

Chuck Dempsey is extremely knowledgeable but often slow to respond.

All Leaders are doing an excellent job. The most noticeable upgrade is noticed in recent years has been in the Landscaping managing crew and scheduling. All leaders do an great job. Hands down, there is no one as helpful as Will Walz! He goes the extra mile for everyone. Mona is very helpful and efficient. All of the HOA team are just outstanding.
