Window cleaning on the outside was very delayed and not as good as a previous company we had used. It was also twice the cost. We won’t be using the HOA again for this service. We really do not clean the gutters but use the same person to get the debris off roof and valleys”. Bradley does a good job. We were unable to get either service done in 2024, couldn't get quote for window washing early in season and then too expensive for late season activity. Already commented on gutter activity (or lack of it)?

I signed up to have my windows washed. When they weren’t done by July 1, I canceled.

Marking outside services up ( 12%) on certain work is too expensive. Outside services should get more than one contractor bid for services. Too slow and too expensive. In our experience.
