We are doing a major renovation and the entire HOA team has been great. Steve Mercereau has been fantastic!u 2 projects had very significant delays in project completion - poor reaponsiveness requiring lots of effort and follow up on our part. Both of these projects took many months to complete

BIDD Burton is great in managing communication between vendor and home owners.

Not completing the job in a timely fashion. I was kept informed, and it did take time to get the job scheduled with the outside provider. We experienced difficulty in getting our gutters cleaned this year and I understand it was "club wide" issue

Like other places Cullasaja residents seem to get the “highlands” tax from outside vendors .
