Other than Twillight, we rarely eat at the Club. The dining experience needs to up the ante...more variety in the menu options esp vegetarian & fish, a greater attention to food delivery from the kitchen (to avoid luke warm dishes), and fewer Twillight buffets (which imo undermine the camaraderie of Twillight events) Expanded Season April 1-Thanksgiving, even if it’s just the golf facilities and Fairway Cafe. Expanded Driving Range Hours: 7:30 AM- 6:30 PM More carts available for use in the off season.

work on the food, it isn't what one would expect....it doesn't appear that there is much supervision in the kitchen. The pizza is inedible, the vegetables are either raw or overcooked to the point of listlessness, the entrees are sometimes okay, but sometimes... veal cutlets in particular.. like leather. Let's make the Sweetwater Room gorgeous and redo the Clubhouse bathrooms so that guests gasp when they walk in. I feel that naysayers are very vocal and that the people who are satisfied with the status quo do not necessarily speak up as they are content. I also feel that management reacts swiftly and aggressively to the naysayers and I think that is wrong. I caution management to understand that you can’t please everyone and if you change things for the 3% of negative people, you will end up upsetting those folks that were perfectly happy with how things were. I have seen this reaction in food & beverage and in croquet. I hope all the parties will be held inside the clubhouse (exceptions of Tailgate Party and Yappy Hour) with food and bands. It is so much more desirable than the wet grass tent area with lack of seating and stairs to access.

A review of ALL potential safety hazards for members, guests and staff should be completed over the entire campus with corrective actions immediately taken to minimize liability risks from obvious unsafe conditions. Due to the six-month operating environment, the golf course availability should focus on membership play. Outside play not accompanied by a member should cease. Letting outside entities use our facilities for fundraising events should cease. The membership pays for usage, when events prevent or limit play, the membership subsidizes events.

I would really appreciate having local addresses of members included on the Cullasaja App. I often need an address and it would be so much more convenient to access it on the App rather than having to go find the printed copy of the directory.
