To make it easier to order food to go by adding it to the app. It’s hard to call …probably hard on the employee who is trying to focus on customers and not answering the phone and easier for the members to order food without calling to try to catch someone who is likely very busy at that time of day. To be honest, the biggest drawback in the club for my wife and I is the food. We are members at over seven different clubs In Florida and New York. I would welcome you to taste test the food at any of our other clubs. Sadly this is a real problem The landscaping at the entrance and driveway of the Clubhouse is looking neglected. For example the daisies at the entrance and exit of the driveway have been getting sparser and sparser for several years and now look rather pitiful. The landscaping at the Clubhouse circle drive is the first impression guests have of our beautiful facility and it does not match the quality of the landscaping at other Cullasaja Club areas. I think we could add special touches to elevate durning events and daily enjoyment. I also think we could look at the dress code, my opinion we have gotten way too casual. Maybe change things up? I would have to study this is you want suggestions. New head chef! I believe we continue to push the limit of what we can comfortably absorb WRT the number of members we allow. This is especially true, I believe, since many of our newer members are younger and have children who are frequently here as well, further increasing the number of people using our somewhat limited facilities. The Board should determine what level of membership provides the best compromise between cost per member and member satisfaction and survey members as to their feelings on the subject. I think the result would be less than the current targets/limits, especially including the social members who use one of our most limited resources, dining and party reservations, especially on holidays. The dining room food quality has not been up to the level of excellence we see in all other parts of the club. This area could be improved. The food at the Cullasaja Cup dinner was great. We are missing the mark on consistency. We did not eat dinner at the club much this year because of this. The sand from tennis courts washes down the asphalt walking path. Very messy and slip hazard, Open in April and close end of November More variety in the clubhouse menu throughout the season. Fewer golf tournaments and events leaving more time for regular play

Food could be improved. One of the major problems is that when staff members come to the table during a meal and ask how everything is, people tend to say, "good" or "fine." Then during the meal they complain to others at the table that the shrimp is cold when it is supposed to be hot, or the soup is lukewarm, or the salmon is not cooked enough, or the chicken is dry, or whatever. Issues cannot be addressed if members do not speak up. Perhaps they will be more honest on this survey.
