Only wish we could figure out a way to keep the Fairway Cafe open later, even if it was limited to just drinks and snacks after 4:00. Katie is the best! As well as the girls at the Fairway! Looking forward to the upgrades next year. The sandwiches at the Fairway Cafe are either delicious or terrible. I ordered a margherita grilled cheese and there wasn’t enough cheese or tomato to cover the bread and it wasn’t grilled. The bread was just pressed without the ingredients. I didn’t enjoy it at all. Then, I ordered the club sandwich another day and it was delicious. Fairway cafe is a great lunch spot, but I would like to see the menu varied throughout the season.

Fairway cafe is special, with really great people and good food. Jennifer is unassuming but special, a cut above, and Arnie a quit ‘in the background’ very hard worker. Denise is always there and is good. Sort of an oasis to go to and enjoy. Katie is pretty special: friendly, efficient and knows what she is doing, as are those who work with her. Great personality.

I believe the market could be improved by expanding the selection beyond fresh salmon, meats, and basic soup like chili, which are repeated often as a lack of diverse pre-prepared foods and meal options, such as the creative soups and dinner kits that the previous chef offered adding more variety and the ready to eat items would make the market more special. All facilities are great. The food has been so good every time. Everyone works hard to make it great.
