The chef shines at the "special events, like 4th of July buffet, or the "Fall Festival" buffet. The rest of the time...the food is NOT good! You should be receiving this comment from many, if not all, of the members saying the same thing! It is the topic of conversation all over the club, at small gatherings of members, etc. Many members are not happy with the food. The "1905 Salad" is nothing like the original recipe. I have that recipe! I will gladly share that recipe with you, but if you aren't making the right salad, call what you are preparing something else...not "1905 salad"! We have several members from the Tampa Bay area....they all same the same
