This is an all levels exercise class focused on balancing the whole body while focusing the mind. Here we use a wide range of props in a series of various routines that include yoga poses, qi-gong practices and light cardio exercises. This class targets strengthening the stabilizer muscles that are key for better balance, overall strength and stamina.
