WELLNESS, MIND, BODY - ELIZABETH HOLT

It's almost time for everyone to start thinking about getting your Cullasaja Club mountain homes ready for the warmer months! Spring will soon arrive and so will all the exciting new spa and fitness additions for the summer. We have some fun things to add to our mix here at the activity center. We have a new torso rotation machine in the weight room. This will help you gain core strength and firm up your core. I will be happy to assist you with using it on your first visit. In addition, we have a cold plunge tub that will give you a chill. It has many therapeutic benefits. Also, we have a new Pilates reformer that will be for private session and with app access during certain hours for an experienced Pilates client. We have also added some therapeutic percussion therapy tools that will be in the office. We will have a Hyperice Hypervolt Gun and a Hyperice Vyper Roller. You will be able to use and sign out as needed.
