As the crisp air of fall settles over the Highlands Plateau, our Member Services Landscaping Department is ready to assist with your seasonal yard maintenance. Our Fall Clean-Up service is designed to keep your yard looking its best through the cooler months and is conducted in two essential phases: Phase 1: Includes cutting back perennials, selective pruning, and other preparatory tasks to get your yard winter-ready.

Phase 2: Focuses on comprehensive leaf blowing, scheduled after the majority of the leaves have fallen, ensuring a tidy landscape.
