Somm Select Case: Fill out a Somm Select form and let our staff curate a case (or custom number of bottles) just for you, tailored to your tastes and budget. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Will the sale list change? As the inventory can change rapidly, the a la carte beverage menu might list items that have been sold. We are happy to find something that suits your needs on the list. Are wines by the glass (BTG) included? You are welcome to purchase BTG wines, in order to ensure that we have stock for service, we may order your wine in as to not interrupt the BTG offerings and service. What if a wine I love is sold out? If there is a wine you enjoy that is listed on the clearance menu but is out of stock, we are happy to place a special order for you with our distributor. You can still enjoy the wine, even if it's no longer part of the immediate clearance inventory!
