We are One Big Family We, the Members, believe we are all part of one large Family. As such, we aspire to treat each other as we would a close family member. We greet each other, even though we may not have been introduced, we particularly recognize the importance of saying hello to new Members and actively helping them to assimilate into the Club. Egos are Left Outside the Front Gate. We, the Members, know that each of us may have a different point of view from other members on political, religious and other important mat- ters. We respect those different perspectives and honor them. However, we encourage all our members to avoid heated discussions and confronta- tion over the dinner table or while enjoying the Club’s many facilities. Treat Our Employees Well We, the Members, understand that the Club can only operate to our high standards if we treat all our employees with respect and politeness. Some of them come from far away places, and they will need our support so that their confidence grows and enables them to operate at the very high level we all expect.
