CULLASAJA CLUB – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Question: What is the Club’s Operating Season and Times of Operation? Answer: Per the Club’s Bylaws, the Membership Operating Season will be from early May until October 31st. The Clubhouse closes for the season on November 1 st each year. Specific daily hours will be published each month in the Cullasaja Club Newsletter “Cullasaja Currents” and in weekly email updates. The Golf Course is available for play year-round except the month of March when it is closed for course maintenance. The Activity Center is available year-round for fitness, card or game play, etc., unless it is closed for maintenance or renovation. There are no organized fitness, croquet or tennis classes or events from November through April. Question: How do I make Special Event or a la Carte Dining Reservations? Answer: Reservations are required for all Club social events and for dinner. Reservations for Special Events may be made up to one month in advance of the event; and dinner reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. Reservations can be made instantly via the Member App, or by calling 828-526-3531 Tuesday through Saturday and speaking with the Receptionist or a Food & Beverage Manager. Please do not ask a server or bartender to make a reservation for you as they are not set up on the reservation system. If you are not seated within 15 minutes beyond your reservation time, your table may be given to another member. Your assistance in making reservations will enable us to further enhance your Club experience. If you have a reservation but find you will be unable to attend, please call us to cancel in a timely fashion so that another member may take your place. Failure to do so could result in a charge for each reserved space, in the amount of 50% of that evening’s check average. Reservations for special events and special dinners must be cancelled with the Club Office during regular business hours, no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the event. No other form of notification constitutes cancellation of a reservation. A service fee equal to the full event fee per person will be applied for any reservation not cancelled accordingly. Reservations for trips requiring outside transportation and/or ticketing must be cancelled through the Club Office no less than 14 days prior to the event.
