Permitted Guest Usage: (Number of Allowable Visits) - Subject to Change via Board Decision Residents of Cullasaja who are not Club Members are permitted up to three (3) visits to the Club per season and must be accompanied at all times by a current Club Member. Guest fees will be paid by the sponsoring Member, and there are certain Club events at which resident non-members are not permitted to attend. General Guests may use Club facilities up to six (6) times per operating season, only when accompanied by a current Member. All charges will be billed to the hosting Member’s account. Former Members are treated as Guests and subject to the same six (6) visit limit per season. They must also be accompanied by a current Member. All charges will be billed to the hosting Member’s account. Houseguests are defined as individuals staying in a Member’s home, with or without the Member present. Houseguests may use Club facilities up to six (6) times per season and are subject to applicable guest fees. All charges will be billed to the hosting Member’s account. Renters are not considered houseguests and may not use Club facilities unless accompanied by a Member. All charges will be billed to the hosting Member’s account. Unaccompanied access is strictly prohibited unless pre-authorized by the Board. Vertical Guest Privileges (extended family): Includes parents, grandparents, children, and grandchildren of the Club Member and their spouse. Other relatives are treated as regular guests and subject to guest fees. Vertical Guest privileges cannot be shared or abused and do not apply to extended family owning or renting property near Cullasaja Club. Vertical guest use can be limited or suspended if overused and/or abused. Vertical Guests may play golf and use practice facilities unaccompanied, make tee times up to 3 days in advance by phone, and bring guests (subject to fees). Online/App tee time booking is not allowed. Use of facilities may be restricted during peak times.
