(c) Vertical guests may participate in weekly and a few major golf events. Restrictions on vertical privileges may occur for the Men’s & Ladies Club Championship, the Cullasaja “Member-Member” event and the Cullasaja Cup. The Golf Committee and/or Golf Professional will set requirements/restrictions for vertical guest participation in golf events. Regular Club Members have priority; therefore, an extended family member may be placed on an alternate list when field size exceeds limitations. (d) Guest fees will not be charged for Vertical Guest use so long as the extended family member does not own or rent property within close proximity to Cullasaja Club. A Members’ extended family can use Club Facilities and entertain guests in accordance with the Club’s Guest Policy. Normal guest fees, all rules and restrictions apply for guests of extended family, and all charges will be placed on the Member’s Club account. The Cullasaja Club Member shall be fully responsible for the conduct and decorum of those family members and their guests on all Club properties. The Club may modify these privileges and establish such rules with respect thereto, as it may deem appropriate from time to time. Guest Policies (# of Permitted Visits) - Subject to Change via Board Decision (a) Residents of Cullasaja, who are not Club Members, are permitted to use the Club up to 3 times per season but must be accompanied at all times by a current Club Member. Guest fees will be paid by the sponsoring Member and there are certain Club events or special occasions in which resident non-members are not permitted. (b) Golf Course: Accompanied guests are permitted to visit and play the Cullasaja Club golf course a total of six (6) times per year. Each guest is limited to six (6) visits regardless if they play 9 holes or 36 holes during that visit. Guests who own or are renting a residence in Macon or Jackson County are limited to one visit per month and a maximum of 6 visits per year. With Golf Shop approval, unaccompanied guests are permitted to play, with the sponsoring Member responsible for the applicable guest fees. Payment of the applicable guest fees are required for each visit and will be placed on the sponsoring Member’s Club account. (c) Clubhouse Activities: Guests are permitted to visit the Cullasaja Clubhouse facilities a total of six (6) times per year. Attendance for Bridge Club, Book Club or any special or routine service or program held in the Clubhouse constitutes a visit. (Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner Service does not constitute a visit as a guest of a Member, except for Cullasaja residents who are not Club Members.)
