F&B UPDATE - STEVE SHERIDAN

Hello everyone, As we approach the halfway mark of our season, it’s incredible to look back and reminisce about all the wonderful activities we’ve enjoyed at Cullasaja Club. Despite a mostly dry season, the rain did impact several of our July events, but we were able to pivot and make these experiences even better for you and your families and friends. We kicked off with a fantastic week of Fourth of July celebrations. Congratulations to all who won at Family Bingo Night! It was delightful to see so many families come together and enjoy the fun. The kids had a blast at Kids Day on July 3rd at the Activity Center with a DJ, games, and plenty

of dancing. July 4th turned out to be one of our largest food and beverage events ever hosted at Cullasaja Club, thanks to our wonderful families and the exceptional offerings that everyone wanted to share with their loved ones.

Although the rain made us adjust our plans, we still had a fantastic time with bouncy houses and snow cones on the back lawn, dodging thunderstorms. The Cart Parade was a colorful and joyous event, and we moved the Duck Race to earlier in the day to avoid the rain, which worked out perfectly. Our Clubhouse lunch was a hit, with delicious food enjoyed by all generations.

The Strawberries and Cream Tennis Mixer was very well attended at the new tennis pavilion. It was a beautiful sight to see so many members enjoying fresh strawberries and cream while mingling with friends and family. We closed the week with Patriot Play Croquet, which featured fun, food, and festivities on our lush croquet lawns. Thursday nights in July were lively with great live music in the bar, drawing reservations in the hundreds. The atmosphere was electric as members enjoyed fantastic performances while sipping their favorite drinks. We concluded the month with our largest golf tournament of the season, the Men’s Golf Invitational. Despite some rain, we executed all our services seamlessly, impressing our guests with our adaptability and dedication. The tournament was a huge success, and the evening ended with dancing to Papa Soul, a fantastic band from Atlanta which carried the night away with soulful tunes and energetic performances.
