Tricia Laws is a Certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Chair Yoga and Slow Vinyasa Flow. She supports a warm and friendly class atmosphere where all fitness levels are welcome. Classes are based on mindfulness, breathing and movement with the goal of improving students' strength, flexibility, and balance.

This gentle chair-supported class focuses on mindful movement, stretching, and breath awareness to enhance strength and balance. This class offers a safe and accessible way to improve mobility while seated or using a chair for support. Leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to your body. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and abilities are welcome.
