Very difficult to cite anyone beyond those already recognized earlier, but Bidd Burton has been very helpful to us and we value his friendship! We are grateful for this excellent service. Art is a handyman who can do everything and we depend on him. Gary is a wonderful leader who takes care that our concerns are resolved. Extraordinary service! Gary and Chris are both terrific professionals. Their and their teams response to our weather issues were outstanding

Friends in other clubs are jealous of the services we receive from our HOA. We are SO lucky to have such a good and knowledgeable team with great service and services. I have had the most direct and frequent contact with Steve Mersereau and find him about as near perfect as possible.

People should thank our member volunteers who serve on the ACC when they see them. These volunteers spend an enormous amount of their personal time every week (sometimes 4 hour meetings plus other time) doing this job and we are all very fortunate to have them. Without the work of this group, our neighborhood would have a wide variety of odd/unsightly things and property disputes that would bring down the value of all houses. All of our property values would suffer without their efforts (and no I am not a member of the ACC but know what they go through.) It is a very thankless job. This has been the best year we have experienced. In the past we have many issues with outside services but this year was amazing especially with the addition of Robert. Timelines was so much better and/or communication of lateness was explained.
