Culture is on a slippery slope. New members do not value the NC culture. Dress code is not enforced. We seem more interested in how many members we can add vs the member experience. Entertainment events on Friday or Saturday would be more accessible for us. Unable to attend Thursday events

Increase the size of the chef’s table events or allow us to sign up for the whole season up front. Unfortunately we were out of town for most of them and the two we could attend were the highest demand of the season. Continue to host high end wine tasting events. This year we had some really good ones.

Clubhouse food consistency and variety.

So difficult to get in for wine dinners and chefs table. It feels a bit like an insiders game and we’re on the outside Some dinners didn’t seem up to par but others were good. Mostly disappointed in meats - hamburgers overcooked or undercooked; meat sometimes tough or bland. Besides grits, many breakfast foods were a disappointment.

More events and lectures Possibly dinner and playhouse ( or other events in town) using club transportation There are several events during the week and during the year that people who don't live full time at Cullasaja can't enjoy. As we continue to attract a younger membership, there are many people who come home to Cullasaja for a long weekend, but must return to work during the week. I realize not every event can occur on a weekend. It would not be reasonable to do so, given the number of members who are retired and live at Cullasaja for longer periods of time. Just continue to be cognisant that there are increasing numbers of our members who still work.
