Hot sauna, hot tub, whirlpool. No plunge pool. trained physical therapist. More hikes, 6 a season, they are always full. Small groups doing training on equipment. upgrade the fleet of canoes & kayaks. Trash full at yacht club, water & electric at yacht club. Have Cullasaja club decals visible on their boats and have closest to water. Boats very heavy especially on upper racks. More karaoke nights. More sport events- when US Tennis open- have TVs at tennis facility and food, make it fest e. Big college football games have nights to watch, burgers and dogs. Offer Thanksgiving dinner..have list of cleaners to use for houses.
